Moffat Mountain Rescue - our sister team who cover the eastern side of Dumfries and Galloway Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue - we have an annual training exercise with Tweed Valley colleagues Police Scotland - Dumfries and Galloway Division; with whom we have a close working relationship Mountain Rescue Committee of Scotland (MRCofS) - our national governing body Search and Rescue Dogs Association (SARDA), Southern Scotland - search and rescue dogs covering our area HMS Gannet - Royal Navy SAR helicopter resource; based at Prestwick Airport, Ayr.
