Five team members, three of whom
live in Ayrshire, accompanied by 'Beethoven',
a stand in for one of our Search Dogs,
set up outside Millets Outdoors in Ayr
High Street and tried their hand at encouraging
the many passing Christmas shoppers to
part with some of their money.
An incredible £513 was raised
and the team would like to thank the people
of Ayr, and its many shoppers, on Saturday
22nd November, 2003 for their donations.
The bottom photograph shows Gordon ,the
Manager of Millets, Ayr, officially handing
the team supplies of 'High Energy Bars'
for use on the hills.
