Each year the Team supports local Gala Days and Civic Events which are also used to help raise funds.

Castle Douglas holds a Civic Week which ends on a Saturday with a parade and activities in Lochside Park.

This year the Team took part in the Parade with our SARDA (Southern Scotland) colleagues and also entered a team into a fun It's A Knockout Competition where we came 2nd!

An enjoyable day out also raised £260 which was shared between SARDA and Galloway MRT
